Went in for Lunch. Simply awesome food with really nice flavors, served hot, and quick. I have tried almost all different entrees and sides, and I would say, each one of them was characteristic and very rich in flavors. Soups are great.. I sometimes have more than one soup while I am waiting for my meal. Relatively cheaper than the nearby eateries. Do not expect a very fancy sit down restaurant.. This is like a mom-and-pop shop. They take their food seriously, they treat their customers very seriously, and with genuine fondness. A family of 4 will roughly spend 30 and come out perfectly full and satisfied. Give them a try.. You will love it !!!

I absolutely love eating here. Although when I go it's usually on a date and I let them know in advance the bills probably going to be around 60 because we ordered like six full plates and that does not cover the white rice comes with some of the dishes, plus we get egg drop soup and egg rolls for appetizers. The food seems pretty authentic it always tastes good it's always hot. The staff there are an older couple I believe. They can sometimes be a bit hard to understand but just be patient and communicate. They are very accommodating as far as you know one thing extra sweet and sour sauce or just this or that they're just really it's a great place to go. If you like shrimp you have got to try the shrimp cashew it is so super good! And they're sweet and sour chicken is phenomenal... I just cannot think of a dish that I have not just absolutely loved! I highly recommend this place.

I'm a regular. Love this place a lot. Theres really no other place like it. Food is fresh, fresh and delicious. Ran by the two owners only (no employees), who are hardworking, friendly, and very attentive to their customers. The dragon star is everything a fast food franchise is not. A true one-of-a-kind.

After many decades this place is still better than most other places in town. I've had Chinese in the big cities and they aren't as good as these guys. Locals understand and I'm ok with that. The best cheese wantons, ham fried rice and egg drop soup I have ever had in my travels. I recommend the sweet and sour anything, the dragon star sweet and sour chicken (yes its different), the lo mein noodles w/ crispy noodles, sesame chicken, the moo goo gai pan and the egg foo young with beef. Currently only pick up sadly. I miss coming in here to eating once a week with my family. They never take longer than 10-20 mins. The lady is always super nice. Sometimes they use too much breading but it really isn't a big deal if you ask for extra sauce. It's the only real option for Chinese in town and I'm ok with that.

I enjoyed the food top 3 best Chinese I have had. The service was great, thou be prepared they do not speak much English. The menu is very easy to read and order from thou even with the language barrier. The children's sweet and sour chicken is huge for a kid I should have ordered one and let them split it.

I don’t know why people hate on this place. I love the food here it’s always very tasty. everyone has their own opinion but personally their food is so much better than panda. I’ve been coming here since i was a little girl, I do miss when they would let you eat here but because of covid they stopped and its their decision if they want to re open it.

I was really impressed with the quality of the food that we got for carry out. The Mongolian beef was full of fresh vegetables and the sauce was delicious. The sesame chicken was great, tender and homemade. Good cheese wontons and a fair price for ten. The service was fast and the food was packed so that the food was hot and fresh when I got it home. Very good experience.
